Our made to measure pole supported fabric roofs offer an excellent solution for the covering of slurry / digestate stored in sectional steel/ concrete tanks. The roof is manufactured from a heavy-duty reinforced PVC fabric which is further reinforced with radial splines of heavy-duty webbing straps which are electronically bonded to the underside of the roof. The roof is supported in the centre of the tank with a made to measure robust hard wood or stainless-steel pole.

It is possible to incorporate both ventilation ports as well as access hatches within the roof as required.

With design life’s of at least 20 Years, our standard roofs are designed for tanks up to 35.0m in diameter, all of which are structurally designed to withstand the local climatic forces acting on them. Larger sizes are available on request.
