Who we are

Power Plastics provides a specialist design, supply and installation service of products worldwide, which include industrial scaffolding containments, fumigation chambers, water industry/tank covers and liners and many more.

The company is based in Thirsk, North Yorkshire and employs around 50 people. State of the Art technology is used including Laser Measuring for pinpoint accuracy, CNC manufacturing equipment and in-house CAD design facilities, and the company supplies a wide variety of clients including blue chip companies, local authorities and many SME’s.

Personal information you give to us: This is information about you that you give to us by entering information via our website or by corresponding with us by phone, email or otherwise and is provided entirely voluntarily. The information you give to us includes your name, contact details (such as phone number, email address and address), enquiry details and your opinion of our products.

Through certain actions when otherwise there is no contractual relationship between us, such as when you browse our website or ask us to provide you more information about our products and services, you provide your consent to us to process information that may be personal information.

Your rights

You have a number of rights with regards to how your data is protected.

By providing us with your information you will have the right to access and rectify your personal details. If you did wish to access your data, you shall have the right to view or receive a copy of the information in a commonly used format such as a pdf document or an e-mail. Any information which is processed by automated means and is purely required for the performance of a contract, may be transmitted to another data controller if you request it. You may also have the right to ask for the processing of your personal data to be restricted or even erased. Whether or not you exercise the right to erasure, the Company will erase your personal data in certain situations and particularly when the data is no longer required.

Objections

At any time. you may have the right to object to the processing of your personal data where processing is conducted for legitimate business reasons. If you exercise this right, then unless we have compelling reasons not to, we shall cease to process your data wherever data protection laws allow.
