Power Plastics designed, manufactured and installed a 2744m3 ground mounted double membrane gas holder at Severn Trent’s Finham Waste Water Treatment Works. The scope of the project, included:
• Design of 2744m3 gas holder
• 3d model of gas holder and all components
• Structural analysis of Gas holder
• Manufacture of the double membrane gas holder
• Supply of Atex duty and standby fans complete with flameguard back draft dampers
• Supply of local control panel to Severn Trent Standards
• Supply of ABB laser and Wire length Transducer to measure height of inner gas bag
• Supply of lightning protection
• Atex flow stitches
• Atex gas flow sensors
• Atex gas switch
• Design and manufacture of condensate pots
• Air pressure regulating valve
• Gas pressure release valves
• Stainless steel inlet, outlet pipes
