Modern Slavery Transparency Statement 2025
This statement relates to Power Plastics Limited covering all business for the period up to the year ending 31st December 2025.
The Company will ensure that it will comply with the Modern Slavery Act 2015 section 54 and has strict measures in place to ensure that no slavery is part of any of our business operations and includes our supply chains, goods and services. This statement sets out the steps we are taking to continually develop our procedures and
to check our compliance.
We work closely with our main suppliers, customers and employees in order to ensure the highest level of compliance with manufacturing standards. This also extend to their employment practices and procedures to ensure that no slavery or human trafficking exists in the business.
Any recruitment agencies we use, we will ensure that they have strict compliance to this Act and we require confirmation from them that no agency worker is being exploited as part of any slavery or human trafficking.
The Company has a Recruitment and Selection Policy that ensures compliance with equal opportunities Suppliers are vetted as required by our current ISO9001 quality standard.
The Company will provide suitable training for all employees to ensure that they are aware of this Statement and can be vigilant in identifying and reporting any concerns they have.
Each year this statement will be updated as required by the Act.
