Odour Control Covers
We provide an extensive range of both removable fabric and aluminium covers for water tanks both large and small, round or rectangular. Our odour control cover solutions are custom built to fit the most complex sites requirements and fully installed and supported by our own highly trained teams of onsite engineers and fitters.

Baffle Curtains
Our structural baffle curtains offer an economical solution to control and optimise flow rates of liquids in both process tanks and reservoirs. Using complex fluid dynamics software, our baffle curtains are individually designed and structurally proven to withstand the loads acting on them.

Floating Covers
Our floating covers are designed for process tanks and reservoirs and offer a low cost solution for water quality improvements by preventing algae growth.

Double Membrane Gas Holders
Our Gas Holders can be provided as stand-alone ground-mounted units or can be mounted directly on top of the digestion tank to provide a Gas Storage Roof; we can also incorporate accessories such as access platforms, service boxes or mixer installations.

Bio Filtration Covers
Our PowerPlas Bio-bed covers are formulated from a high tensile grade flexible PVC fabric, the choice of fabric used is dependent on the application and size of the tank. Both sides of the fabric are coated with a special grade PVC that increases the gas permeability of the material, localised reinforcing patches are applied to the cover if we anticipate high wear areas.
