Power Plastics is excited to announce a £250,000 investment to purchase and install three new £80,000 FIAB welding machines at our Thirsk factory. These state-of-the-art HF tracking welders, each featuring a 30.0m long welding table, have been added to meet the ever-growing demand for our high-quality fabric solutions. This significant investment brings our total fleet of welding machines to eight, distributed across three of our key sites.
The new FIAB welding machines were installed by FIAB’s expert installation team, ensuring millimetre accuracy and optimal performance. This precision setup is crucial for maintaining the high standards of quality and efficiency that Power Plastics is known for. With the addition of these machines, our manufacturing capacity is greatly enhanced, allowing us to better serve our clients with increased speed and reliability.
These advanced welders will enable us to handle larger projects and more complex welding tasks, ensuring that we can continue to meet the diverse needs of our customers. The increased capacity will also support our ongoing commitment to innovation and excellence in fabric engineering, helping us to stay at the forefront of the industry.
