State-of-the-Art Manufacturing Facilities
At Power Plastics, we pride ourselves on our extensive manufacturing capabilities, operating from four state-of-the-art sites across Yorkshire we run 5 CNC machines, over 40 sewing stations and 18 high-frequency tracker welders (more that any other UK business). Our combined 100,000 square foot of production capacity is designed to deliver high-quality fabric and structural solutions efficiently and reliably.
Specialised Facilities
Two of our sites are dedicated to the manufacture and welding of thermoplastic fabric membranes. These facilities are equipped with advanced machinery to handle a wide range of fabric types and applications. Our third site specialises in the production of stitched fabric products, utilising the latest sewing technology to ensure precision and durability. Finally the fourth site primarily houses the manufacture of our structural support frames as well as providing additional welding facilities and machinery for fabric structures.
