This special silver metalised roll-form insulation material is supplied in kit form for attachment inside containers being used for short haul journeys where temperature fluctuations are not acceptable.
Depending on the degree of insulation required the Thermaliner material can either be applied to part of the inside surface or the complete surface including the base, walls and ceiling of the container. |

Once used Thermaliners can be easily removed and re-use is possible - the container can be immediately re-used for another shipment - there being no residue once the Thermaliner insulation material has been removed.
Various grades of Thermaliner are available for different degrees of insulation. Typical applications include the transport of canned and bottled liquids such as beer, wine, beverages etc to Eastern Europe during the winter months, and during the hot summer months the transport of fresh vegetables, liquids and frozen product where high temperature in a container will affect the contents.
Special Thermaliner pallet covers are made for use at airports etc where temperature sensitive goods i.e. palletted frozen fish, fresh vegetables may be left for short periods in full sunlight. Thermaliner pallet covers or shrouds can with careful handling be re-used a considerable number of times. |
