Flexitanks are sized to accommodate the max volume relative to the SG of any liquid and will enable standard shipping containers to be used as cost effective bulk liquid transport units.
All PowerPlas® Flexitanks are pressure tested prior to despatch from the factory and are supplied complete with filling hose etc. Most liquids including wine, fruit juice, latex, potable water and most chemicals can be safely and economically transported in PowerPlas® Flexitanks.
Flexitanks are made up to 23m³ and are designed for one way use in a standard shipping container. The material has been developed to carry:-
- Water Based Foodstuffs
- Oily Based Foodstuffs
- Plus other oils and chemicals, details of which are available on request.
Flexitanks are all pressure tested prior to despatch and are supplied with filling hose etc. Wooden bulkheads can be supplied if required. Up to 90 empty Flexitanks can be loaded in a shipping container for delivery to customer.
