Water Treatment
Recently Power Plastics were contracted to fit PVC covers to several holding tanks at an industrial waste site in Cumbria.
The operator needed a solution to the problem of unpleasant smells continually emitted from the tanks that hold the drained fluid taken from beneath their industrial landfill site. The contract involved the design and fitting of PVC tank covers to a new innovative design, to solve the problem and once again keep nearby residents happy.

Liquids etc - To prevent liquid contamination of drains and conduits we offer a range of water filled drain covers and inflatable drain plugs. We also manufacture fabricated sleeving using our range of supported and unsupported material for such applications as Pile Sleeves, Sewer Tubes, Debris Shutes etc. |
Gas, Dust & Liquid Containment
Power Plastics can design and fit covers to existing supporting frames. Individual sheets can be joined on site with the specially formulated Power Plastics flexible PVC zip closure (shown here being closed with the removable closure tool). |

| In certain instances a separate twin track Aluminium Kader Extrusion is incorporated with the supporting framework and this will enable PowerPlas® sheeting fabricated with a Kader edge to be secured along the length once the sheeting has been pulled into position along the Aluminium Kader Extrusion. |
