Foam Filled Sports Matting

All our high jump and pole vault mats are manufactured to IAAF specification and can be found in major sports centres all over the country, including the Alexander Stadium, Birmingham.

Our galvanised wheel-away covers (for maximum protection) are made to measure to suit the size of the landing area. We also manufacture a range of gymnasium crash mats which are available with various grades of foam dependant on the application.

Due to the irregular shape of most climbing walls, in order to achieve a perfect fit the walls are measured with a laser measuring device; the plots are then downloaded into AutoCAD and the patterns for the covers are generated. They form a perfect fit to the contours of the wall base and can be filled with various densities of foam, depending on the height of the wall. Individual modules are draped with a large cover or attached to each other with Velcro to ensure there are no gaps, this greatly reduces the risk of injury.
